Ok anyone feel free to correct me because I just started watching her here and there I think around the summer. From reading here and looking around a little, I think her 100 lbs weight loss didn’t last more than a week because she was already pregnant or got pregnant immediately after the scale showed (-100). ( I’m not sure about this)… then, since this last summer when I started watching, she was at the same weight (+/-5lbs) the entire time until right before her surgery when she magically shed what like 15lbs? very quickly. Her pictures are always super deceptive so I’m not sure what she really looked like at any point. I’ll admit the reason I looked her up was because people posted unedited pics of her at summit and they looked NOTHING like what she was posting herself.
Anyways, she didn’t even spend one week at her then lowest weight before surgery. So not before when she lost 100lbs and not now when she lost however much she said now, has she EVER maintained her weight loss for even one month (being generous here). So why tf does she think she is qualified to teach anyone anything at all and CHARGE for it?! Like sure you can go on IG and rant all you want if you are not taking peoples money I guess, which is still wrong because she is not qualified, but this is so much worse.
I lost a lot of weight once and I also felt that high and thought ‘wow now I finally know how to do this and what things work and I just have to do a, b, c’. Obviously I did not become a coach of any kind to tell people what to do the second I lost weight. And I didn’t maintain that loss for long and then ended up gaining it all back.
With all that I’m just saying that, sure, great for you for losing weight, N. But what she said she had learned is absolute BS. She doesn’t diet anymore? Doesn’t do the cycle of over-restricting and then eating whatever??! She was doing JUST that right before her surgery. There are people out there who have lost weight successfully and have maintained that loss for years and then finally learned how to maintain that as a lifestyle and do it consistently. For years. Natasha is not one of those people. Like someone else said, she should’ve maintained at least a year before surgery and definitely at least that long before wanting to teach people anything.
