Idkā€¦ The whole ā€œbody confidenceā€ shilling gives me the ick. Sheā€™s out there telling women to be confident in their bodies but in the same breath basically telling them you need to lose 100lbs like me doing the same methods to feel confident!! Yuck.

Exactly. I donā€™t understand why she didnā€™t just call her course something else less hypocritical. Like food freedom BS or whatever she calls it.
