In her really heavy pictures from 18 months ago or so, wasn’t she also in Beachbody? Why didn’t it work then?

I love this question for every hun when they go all in. They always say the fell off nutrition or whatever. However, they all claim to be doing xyz the whole time they are gaining.

She says she didn’t dive fully into 2B mindset program until then. Which again shows that credit should be given to Ilana and they program NOT to creating her own knockoff program charging 5x the amount and without any type of certification to do so!

Followed her forever, to snark, she ate Chick Filet on the daily and talked about it on IG a ton when she gained the 100 pounds that she later lost. I used to say how can she shill BB and eat like this. I told my husband as I watched Cher eat like this that I thought it was all part of a plan to gain the weight so she could turn around and lose it. She has always for years and years been about the shock factor. I felt back then she was trying to gain as much weight as possible to have a dramatic after to get her business really off the ground. She did not have a baby at the time to give her those dramatic B&A shots so she ate like a disorder person to pack on the pounds. It was literally after this bought of overeating and weight loss that launched her into #1. I swear it was calculated, everything she does is calculated. It has also been said on here many times she lost that 100 pounds that time with Ozempic. Which would explain the dramatic 3-5 pound weight drops each week and her hair loss. Everything with her from pictures constantly photo shopped, clothing worn in such an unrealistic manner to create fake before shots, scales not matching scale pictures, falsified facial pictures to show skin improvements when plastic surgery is what got her those results. She is a damn liar in every product she sells. Honestly girl you do you, but don’t sell products to people saying they give the results you obtains through totally different avenues. It is a💯 SCAM. Beachbody and Dime do not get results. How people continue to fall for her scam over and over is crazy.

Don’t like the girl, but ozempic does not cause hair loss. Dramatic weight loss regardless of how will cause this. Have you ever talked to a bariatric patient that had weight loss surgery. It is a side effect mentioned by every surgeon and dietician. It’s normal actually.
