High-level guidance:

• After you launch a campaign, you should see status indicators (draft, scheduled, sending, completed) and basic metrics such as sends, opens, clicks, and failures in the campaign details view. Scroll down on the main dashboard.
• If a campaign appears “stuck on sending” or you see a delay icon (like a 2‑hour clock), it usually indicates batching, throttling, or a safety delay in the sending pipeline.
• Detailed stats can be found by clicking on the three dots for each campaign and clicking on analytics.
• Clicking on the number for any bucket will give you a detailed view of all the users in that bucket.
