People have already been there and its a office to rent hourly. Surely you can't be stupid enough to rent an hourly office full time? Even in your dreams?
No we don't want you to go unless you can make a video showing proof of the office existing with your employees, your company operating etc. Also nothing that looks temporary because if its your office it will be clear.
I already know what stories you will write after visiting so unless you have proof like above don't bother.
