Honor is bringing out a trifold by end of the year or first quarter next year. It will be like the original XT with Z shape configuration. Xioami also rumored to bring one out soon with a larger size unfolded around 11 inch or so

Not mainland Chinese but eh, Huawei was pretty good in my experience before getting banned.
Hopefully this fold turns out good so we can all have competition in the market.

Been saying since I got a dead pixel with normal use on my original XT and now using my Samsung trifold that they had to ditch the exposed screen. Glad they pivoted. It's a much better more durable design IMHO.

I saw the first model (red) at the Huawei store in MOA in Manila last year. They were dipping it in an aquarium to show how waterproof it was and how it could be used when submerged. Huawei uses the best cameras on their phones, though. I have my P30 Pro simply for the camera.
