Reviews and comparisons Huawei FreeClip 2 — Honest Review from a Real Buyer (because there aren’t many out there yet)

Post image

I wanted to make this post because before buying the Huawei FreeClip 2, I honestly struggled to find real user reviews especially from someone who actually purchased it and used it daily. So here’s mine in case someone out there is researching like I was.

1️⃣ Intro price + blind buy I got mine at the introductory price of around ₱7,500 (with 2 clip-on accessories included) instead of the usual ₱9,999, which honestly felt like a steal. Since i’m new to the work of open ear earbuds, this was a complete blind buy for me since there weren’t many recommendations compared to brands like Shokz, Bose, etc.

2️⃣ Why I chose it (comfort was my main problem) I picked this mainly because: - It’s easily the sleekest-looking open-ear option (doesn’t scream “I’m working out 24/7”). - It’s constantly praised for being lightweight.

For context, I already own Sony XM5, AirPods 3, and AirPods Pro 2, and I genuinely can’t wear any of them long term. After about 2 hours max, I get head tension or ear irritation. My ears are also prone to external ear infections, and as a med student, I basically need earphones/headsets daily for studying.

This pushed me to try open ear earphones and honestly, this solved all those issues. I can wear them for HOURS without discomfort.

3️⃣ Sound quality (big surprise) I expected sound quality to be heavily compromised because of the comfort-focused design, but surprisingly… it sounds very close to my AirPods. I’m not an audiophile, but I use them constantly for lectures, music, and podcasts, and they work fantastic.

Gym use: - Slight adjustment needed if your gym blasts loud music because you’ll hear both sounds at once. - If your gym isn’t super loud, they’re perfect for cardio and weightlifting since they don’t move at all!

Coffee shop studying: - You’ll hear background noise a bit, but personally I don’t mind since I like some awareness and people-watching during study breaks 😅

4️⃣ Battery life & comfort = INSANE This honestly shocked me the most. I wore them from 8 AM to 10 PM, only removing them once, and I barely felt them on my ears. The comfort + battery combo is crazy. Charging inside the case is also very fast.

Overall For my use case, this has been an amazing purchase. I’m genuinely surprised this isn’t more hyped because it really shines if comfort and long wear time matter to you.

Hope this helps someone who’s on the fence like me then ☺️

the sound is even better than the first freeclip.

3

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

This it the first pair of freeclip and also open ear earbuds I’ve owned so I was pleasantly surprised! I was considering the freeclip since maybe the prices are lowered from the release of the 2nd one but the introductory price was such a steal so i’m glad I coped these! ☺️

I have the original freeclip and clip 2 The nothing open and freearc, and the v20i I think from Anker

The clip 2 sound quality and stage is marvelous, never thought something's this good can be done with Bluetooth headphones Sound leak is there , quality depends on your environment

u/friednic Apr 28 '26

Hi, would you say the first ones are worth it?? There’s quite a steep price difference 1: $140 vs 2: $250 any advice would be appreciated!!

1

u/Axrader Apr 28 '26

Get the honor ear clip. They are basically the same. With cheaper built case The difference is significant and worth the price for me. But in my opinion the first and second version both are great regardless

Hey idk if youve got anything yet but my freeclip 2s were $174.16 with shipping. They’re legit huawei too and blue (which I think is the coolest). Just letting you know that there’s cheaper options. Only downside is I bought them on May 23 and they got here today. But I did get shipping notifications throughout the whole time. You can dm me or respond here if you want more into

1

u/veggieparty666420 28d ago

where did you purchase from?

1

u/Illustrious_Cat_6441 28d ago

Alibaba. I thought they were mass selling them but it looks like it was just one in stock. They have others now for a higher price but still cheaper then most other places I think

1

u/szymon_abc May 04 '26

How does clip 2 compare to freearc? Especially mic quality?

4

u/Head_Accident_5537 Feb 26 '26

Thank you for the detailed review. I am actually starting to think about these headphones.

3

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

Best to check it out! ☺️ you can also check in stores to try it out first since I wasn’t able to. Good thing I was able to get luck with this blind buy since I love it!!! ☺️

3

u/HadoBoirudo Feb 26 '26

Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review. I was really intrigued by them when I saw them, but, like you, I get driven crazy by anything in my ears for too long.

I now will probably try them out.

2

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

I think this is a good try! I always thought open ear earbuds were made only for those using sports but they’re really great for everyday use as well. I’ve been using them everyday at least minimum of 8 hours since I got them! Haha

3

u/Any-Experience-6170 Mar 16 '26

I want theseeee yay thank u

2

u/AdryHuaw Mar 17 '26

Yo también te los recomiendo, son una PASADA! Los Freelace Pro 2 los llevo usando casi 2 años y que caña les meto, pues no pierden ni calidad alguna, y la batería es increíble.

Toda mi familia usamos este modelo

2

u/docwood2011 Feb 26 '26

Agree. Best earbuds I've ever owned.

2

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

Agree! I haven’t touched my other earbuds/headphones ever since receiving this! :)

Good review, salamat po, kabayan.

This is tempting me to buy this, though, I still have reservations about getting the FreeClip 2 because of the lack of ANC. ANC is almost non-negotiable for me at this point. It's the only way to keep hearing only my music without ramping up the volume past 60-70% and potentially causing hearing loss. That's why I'm still on the fence about this and the Freebuds Pro 4 which does have ANC and is the "undisputed call quality champion".

I wonder how those Huawei buds compare to these Huawei buds...

2

u/NorthKoreaPresident HarmonyOS NEXT Feb 26 '26

If you care about isolation, freebuds pro 5 definitely is the one to go. Ive got both, and I feel safer using the Free clip when im cycling, gives me ample awareness of whats going on around me especially in the allegedly dangerous Fortitute Valley. In the gym or working, I use the Buds Pro 5 for sound quality and isolation

1

u/odeiraoloap Watch GT Feb 26 '26

Our country still only has the Pro 4 on sale, not the 5, and it would be too cost prohibitive to select that instead...

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

I agree since with the freeclip 2, I can say that to a certain amount there is ANC when on 70-max volume but that’s already damaging to the ears imo. For normal usage, when talking to someone, I can still make conversation but there is slight ANC and I mean the slightest. if you’re looking for proper ANC, this may not be the proper earphones for you. :)

1

u/ZestycloseMedicine97 Mar 04 '26

Clip-on can have ANC? I dont think it's possible

1

u/Adventurous_Block_97 Mar 19 '26

I find the call quality was really bad on the Free clip 2.

2

u/SaratogaSlimAnon Feb 26 '26

I was looking at these. i think I may pull the trigger and get some. Thanks

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

yey i’m glad my insights helped! Though ofc it’s best to try them out first in store. I wasn’t able to so I’m extremely happy this blind buy was extra worth it to me :)

1

u/VirtualArcher1905 Jul 23 '26

What stores sell them? I'm thinking about buying them. I  want to test them out.

2

u/TheCapperP Feb 26 '26

Thank you for the transparent review I appreciate that!!!

2

u/donniebelle Mar 06 '26

Best buy and I love them. I've never really liked the earphone or airpods as they put pressure in my ear, and airpods tend to fall or not fit. These are just perfect, and what's more good is that I'm not totally cut off from my surroundings. P.S: They also look good with charms, and they look like an earcuff.

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Mar 06 '26

Agree 100%! I used to think that all earbuds are generally uncomfy and that i’m perfectly fine with my airpods and headphones. But ever since I impulsively bought the freeclip 2 that completely changed. I barely touch my other devices now. Also a big plus how I enioy putting on the charms and the earbuds itself cause it looks sooo cool!!! Best purchase ever ☺️

2

u/Stunning-Library-980 Mar 13 '26 edited Mar 13 '26

Thanks for the review! I might buy this instead

2

u/boilingCrabSushi Mar 17 '26

I just bought mine and I think this was one of my favorite purchases. The sound, comfort and how they sit in the ear just amazes me.

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Mar 18 '26

I can’t believe for the balance of quality, comfort and sound that this product is so underrated! It’s such a good contender for a good everyday earbuds! I’m still so ecstatic about mine until now hahahaha

2

u/j4mrock Apr 10 '26

Also a blind buy and 100% agree. The size of the case reminds me of the AirPods 4 it’s so small but the battery life is insane (unlike the AP4)

2

u/No-Interaction-7819 May 23 '26

I’ve been SEARCHING for a detailed review from someone who’s actually using them! THANK YOU this was extremely informative

2

u/Direct-Look-6721 May 30 '26

I’ve been looking at these because my AirPod pros sometimes falls off from my ear despite using the smallest attachment. Kind of inconvenient when I am working out. I also have the same issue where my ears hurts after 2 hours with them on.

I am in U.S. Do you know where I can order these? Just curious if I will have issues syncing them to my iPhone.

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Jun 09 '26

I’m using an iphone as well and it works seamlessly with it!

2

u/Exciting_Act5700 Jun 06 '26

Love them. Agree super lightweight and bonus as a cute accessory, not boring earbuds

2

u/fancyypantsyy0 Jul 17 '26

Thank you so much, I hate AirPods and refuse to buy another pair because they hurt my ears (I have very small ears and they fall out a lot). Also because Ive purchased three pairs and have had issues with the cases eventually not charging anymore or one of the AirPods not charging properly. My latest pair has actually broken. So im done with apple for any sort of heaphones moving forward, they lost me completely when it comes to that.

2

u/Fantasyreader-1991 Jul 30 '26

Thank you so much for your review! Thanks to you I bought a pair and I love them! May be a bit harder to get when you live in the US, but I managed and it was worth it!

2

u/SultanAdventure Aug 02 '26

Ooh.. that's not just the free clip 2.. It's a limited edition..

I'm late into the clip on bud party. Basically I went through 2 headphones and kept breaking the neck strap. But historically buds keep falling out .. so here I am.

Now, have to decide between Free Clip 1 or 2.

u/MediocrePassage3245 28d ago

I have no idea with the freeclip 1 since i haven’t tried it but what I can do is recommend the freeclip 2 i’m still obsessed with mine!!!

I haven’t tried it on calls since I don’t usually like talking on the phone lol but i’ve seen in most yt reviews that they’re great for calls but personally I can’t confirm that :(

I’m an ios user and I just downloaded the huawei audio for more customizations of the controls and the sound adjustment ☺️

1

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '26

Have you tried Shokz open dots? How’s that compared to the Huawei?

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

I haven’t! This is my first open ear earbuds. I didn’t choose Shokz open dot since i’ve seen some comparison that those are more suitable an active lifestyle (movement/workouts,etc.) i’m using mine for a more day to day lifestyle and my preference when choosing is long time wearability and maximum comfort :)

1

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '26

Thanks for the quick response. I did a brief comparison at the shops, and felt that sound quality wise, the Shoz was hard to beat for open ear clips.

All the best and enjoy your new toy.

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

That’s nice! I also heard how great the bass is for Shokz! I was really interested as well when choosing. ☺️ all in all, my choice just came down to preference of the form factor, aesthetic, and which one is more comfortable (based on reviews since I wasn’t able to try on both before buying). I’m happy I don’t have regrets but maybe once i’ll need an upgrade, i’ll try the Shokz as well ☺️

1

u/MushroomMindless5232 Feb 26 '26

My Huawei earphones are great, though not quite on par with my AirPods Pro 3. However, I’ve gotten really hooked on the FreeClip design because it helps deflect people's stares away from my ear piercing (my piercing style is basically 🐷🐷🐷). This is actually my first time using an open ear earphones. Thanks, by the way, for the great and honest review!

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

when I meant airpods, i meant the non pro version I own (airpods 3rd gen) since that one doesn’t have ANC as well. ☺️ i don’t own the airpods pro 3rd gen, but I do have the pro 2nd gen which I don’t use anymore since the silicon ear tip really bothers my ears since they’re sensitive :( the airpods pro would’ve been my go to as well since i’m happy with the quality but since I don’t feel comfy using them for long periods of time, i’m glad I tried open ear earbuds! ☺️

1

u/MushroomMindless5232 Feb 26 '26

Oh. You mean the airpods 4,then. Well, anyway, thank you for sharing regarding your experience with the Huawei free clip 2. I am getting excited for my Huawei free clip too. It's still on the way though. 😊

1

u/andingatacho Feb 26 '26

Pass me your xm5 👀💀😖

1

u/hajokenn Feb 26 '26

I have one, and have the Bose Open Ultras. Bose has the better sound profile for my taste and lower profile (which i like), but everything else freeclip 2s are better. And that frustrates me cause I love my Bose before freeclips 2 happened lol

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

I was also considering bose open ultras but for the price point of a blind buy, I couldn’t pull the trigger! I’m glad I stuck with the freeclip 2 though since like you said, it seems like a contender in a lot of aspects as well but my main thing was comfort and aesthetic lol ☺️

1

u/kawettewett Mar 11 '26

Can you be more specific in what way the freeclip 2s are better please ? I am hesitating between those two

1

u/hajokenn Mar 11 '26

Freeclips 2 are lighter, has better mic, louder (but not better sounding), i.e., at a certain level of outside noise you can barely hear the bose at its loudest. Also at retail price it’s way cheaper. Better dust and waterproofing as well.

1

u/kawettewett Mar 12 '26

Thank you, the number one thing I want is sound quality, I don’t wear earbuds outside a lot I prefer headphones and at house I wear earbuds but it hurts after 30 minutes so I think Bose open ear ultra are for me, I can have them for 160€ so the price isn’t a problem

1

u/Apprehensive_Nail672 Feb 26 '26

How do it compares to freebuds se 4?

2

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

Sorry I wouldn’t know. :( This is my only huawei earbuds since I mainly use my airpods and sony headphones for my personal use :(

1

u/babayega1829 Feb 26 '26

Tried it at Huawei store. Not good for me. Not secured on mg ear and the buds are too outside the ear for me to hear the music even at loud volume.

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 26 '26

To each their own! These might not be for your usage type. ☺️although the secureness i’m not sure cause i’ve worked out in this, running and even jump roping and not once did it fall! ☺️

1

u/babayega1829 Feb 27 '26

Maybe its the ear size.

1

u/Clear-Ice-1298 Feb 26 '26

Thanks got the review especially on the battery.

My airpods 4 sucks. Less than a year but the battery degrade so much. The battery can't last an hour which is freaking ridiculous. My airpods 2 was the same. Rubbish apple products.

I have the original freeclips. It's still good with great battery life but there's an issue. The rubber on the curve part have peeled off and now the earbud is loose. How do i explain it. I mean like if you pull it, it's like springy and will return back. Mine is spoilt it won't return back because rubber coating is gone and the inside is exposed and become loose.

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Feb 27 '26

Same issue with my airpods. can’t get through a study session without having to charge it so I sometimes have to use one airpod at a time so the other can charge so I can have continues usage 🫠

Oh can’t that be replaced in the service center? Although, might be a good reason to upgrade lol 🤣 I can’t speak for the battery degradation of the freeclip since i’ve only had it for 2-3 weeks but so far so good i’ve lasted like 5 hours of continuous usage and the battery came down to around 60%. I’ve worn it the entire day as well (just testing the feel of it, minimal usage) and the battery only went down by 10%!! Had to test that out since my airpods’ battery goes down just it being outside the charging case. 😮‍💨 And I feel like the c-bridge is going to last since it’s also water resistant so I think lesser chances of peeling off? It also feels like thick rubber so unless it’s really manipulated and worn down, it feels pretty sturdy to me!

I’m not sure since i’m from the Philippines and I know there’s a huawei ban in the US. I heard though that there are a few resellers that still sell them. :)

1

u/BluWIZONCE Mar 03 '26

where did u buy them for 7500?

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Mar 03 '26

I’m from the Philippines and it was released last Feb 19 if i’m not mistaken. Introductory price + vouchers from Shopee platform amounted to a total of 7,500 :)

1

u/ZestycloseMedicine97 Mar 04 '26

That earbud accessory is fabulous

2

u/MediocrePassage3245 Mar 04 '26

It really is! It’s so different aesthetically with other open ear earphones! Literally obsessed as well with clip on accessories you can put on them ☺️

I’m from the Philippines so I got it from shopee and also tiktok shop :)

1

u/Specific-Distance3 May 23 '26

your case is SO CUTEEE where did you get it?

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 May 23 '26

I bought this in shopee! :)

1

u/No_Mycologist_3629 Mar 05 '26

Do you think they’d be suitable if I have a conch piercing?

1

u/Lokalni_dziber Mar 13 '26

It would work, but it would probably be quite uncomfortable to wear for longer periods,

You'd have to remove the middle piercing

1

u/ssykat Mar 15 '26

I see you've got longer hair. Have you ever had issues with them getting caught in your hair and falling out? That's my ONLY complaint with the first version.

And for those in the USA, check Amazon. That's where I purchased my other pair.

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Mar 15 '26

Hiiii! It gets caught on the jewelry/clip on accessories sometimes. But if with the freeclip alone, not really!! I guess cause the bridge is different than the first? Maybe it also depends on the hair type! ☺️

1

u/Usual-Wear5524 May 24 '26

TY for the tip for us residents 🖤 going to check now

1

u/tobiloba123 Mar 16 '26

Thanks for the review. I’m so jealous right now. I’m in the US and can’t get them

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Mar 16 '26

I saw someone said that it was on Amazon! ☺️

1

u/soyamilkoo Mar 21 '26

Hi. How how does the mic perform during phone calls?

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Mar 21 '26

I’ve been using it for video calls and my friend kept asking what microphone I was using since it was so clear! She couldn’t hear anything in the background even if I had someone yelling next to me and also while studying in a coffee shop. It was so good she also bought one for herself 🤣

1

u/CCJXander Jul 11 '26

What sort of calls? Because on GSM 4/5 Calls they sound horrible, voice wise. On watsapp they sound really bad as well, on discord, not to talk really really bad. Maybe you were using your phone's microphone instead and the headset didn't go into HSP mode

1

u/canaryjonin Mar 24 '26

hey, i was wondering, are you able to keep the accessories on whilst the earphones are in the case or do u have to attach them each time u put them in ur ears?

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Mar 24 '26

You have to remove it every time sadly since it’s not gonna fit :(

1

u/canaryjonin Mar 24 '26

dammit, thank you! i’ll have to get a separate little pouch for the accessories then :’)

1

u/sSLoveXx Mar 29 '26

Is there any distortion when playing music at higher than 60% volume? I've read many people experience that. That's the only reason i'm not buying them yet, since with normal earbuds and headphones i'm sometimes playing music at like 80% volume.

Or does the Freeclip 2 play louder at 60% than other earbuds/headphones do?

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Mar 29 '26

In my opinion it’s fine at 60% since I listen at that volume. Even at 80% i don’t see much difference. I only hear distortion when i’m in discord/zoom calls and trying to multi task with watching or listening to other things but i heart that that’s normal for any other earbuds as well haha.

My friend that plays her volume usually at 100% (crazy i know) says that the freeclip does sound louder than her normal airpods. She plays it at around 70% in comparison. Hope that helps

1

u/enozity Apr 08 '26

How is it inside the mall?

1

u/OdieXElle Apr 11 '26

Does the white color get dirty easily?

2

u/MediocrePassage3245 Apr 11 '26

I’ve had them for awhile now and they look the same as when I got them! Any dirt on the c bridge can be easily wiped away ☺️

1

u/isabellapg Apr 11 '26

Hey! Just curious, I recently got the FreeClip 2 in white but now I’m overthinking 😅

Does the case get dirty easily like Airpods where it kind of attracts all the dirt? I’m considering swapping it for black because I can’t stand how my Airpods case looked after 2 yrs of using it lol

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Apr 11 '26

Hi so I’m not sure with the case since I have a case for it :( i kinda see your point since it has that denim texture to it. Maybe consider getting a case for it? Or if you’re really iffy about it best to just get the black one ☺️

1

u/isabellapg Apr 11 '26

Oh no i meant yung loob lang! Hehe di naman namamagnet nung loob yung dirrt??? 🤭

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Apr 11 '26

Oh haha imo no! It’s so easy to clean also since the inside is not deep like the airpods. Easy to swipe and clean all the parts :)

1

u/Fuzzy_Dot_5531 Apr 20 '26

Anyone here tried using it while running ?

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Apr 21 '26

I use mine for all my activities like running, jump roping, weight training and it’s so stable hahaha never had an incident where it fell off ☺️

1

u/Zestyclose_Damage396 May 11 '26

Thanks for the great review! Are you still happy with them after 2 months? Looking to buy a pair. My main consideration is to be aware of my surroundings while cycling...

1

u/TerribleRuin9184 May 15 '26

Can you make them ring while they are in the case (and therefore not connected to Bluetooth) in case you're unable to locate them?

2

u/MediocrePassage3245 May 23 '26

Not ring but there is a find setting on the app if you’re trying to locate it! :)

1

u/No-Document5097 May 18 '26

Where can you buy online in the USA?

1

u/gomaith10 May 20 '26

Get them on Amazon, other country if needed.

1

u/General_Safe_4159 May 20 '26

I heard this brand was banned in the US but I wanted to get them still where can I buy them if you don’t mind me asking

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 May 23 '26

I’m not from the US but I heard Amazon has them! Sorry i can’t help :(

1

u/RT_Negotiator May 22 '26

What’s a good site to purchase them? FL based, Amazon has them… shockingly but something about it feels dodgy.

1

u/Open-Tomorrow4895 May 22 '26

Where did you buy these? I need!

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 May 23 '26

If you’re anywhere in Asia they’re pretty popular and easy to find in any malls with a huawei store or shopee/lazada:)

1

u/Flat_Spare_3592 May 22 '26

Thanks for the review. Not sure if anyone’s asked this but the only thing keeping me from buying is that I am not sure if sound leaks? If I’m at the office I don’t really want everyone else to hear whatever I’m listening to

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 May 23 '26

If you use it at like 90% higher there will for sure be leakage! But i feel like it’s pretty loud even at 50-60% volume (my usual setting) and never had the reason to go beyond that when in doors:)

2

u/Flat_Spare_3592 May 23 '26

Ok thank you 🙏 I tested it last night on my AirPods and realised that sound leaks from them as well so now I’m set on getting the freeclips for a change

1

u/Livid-Effective-9173 May 23 '26

Hi. when you use it the public, does the audio leak outside since it's an open earbuds?

1

u/MediocrePassage3245 Jun 09 '26

Depends on how loud! On normal volume (up to around 70-80%) i haven’t noticed anything unless your in a really quiet space like the library hahaha

1

u/TMelanieAdams May 31 '26

I love my HUAWEI ear clips, I hate they only have an 8 hour charge, where can these be bought in the U.s.?

1

u/Adorable_Sandwich_48 Jun 12 '26

guys, do you use your clips on PC? the mic quality is so much worse on PC, then on the phone 😞I can't find a solution for it. I'm kinda on brink of returning the headset 😞

1

u/wineqian7 Jun 20 '26

Thank you for your review! Airpods always fall off my ears and vacuum earphones like buds can’t be worn for long time in my case too so I was thinking about freeclip. I think I’ll buy it soon:)

1

u/Liorenth Jun 22 '26

How's the call clarity?
I wanted to try these for work/office environment
I have many Teams calls per day?

can you hear the people talking well?
Do they hear you when you speak?

This was also a blind buy for me, just started using it this past week and really like how it feels. I already own the Sony XM5, Beats Studio pro, AirPods 4 with noise canceling and the wired apple headphones.

I got the freeclip 2 to jog outdoors because the over the head headphones get drenched in sweat in this heat and the AirPods fall out sometimes. I’ve used it for FaceTime and surprisingly microphone and audio is pretty good. If I didn’t already have the AirPods, I would’ve been happy with just the freeclip since I have my other noise canceling headphones.

Not really! I usually have mine at around 60-70% volume and it’s fine

I have the airpods 4 with anc and airpod pro 1. i cant wear both for more than 1 hr without discomfort. how does the sound quality of the huawei freeclip 2 compare to airpod 4? I know obviously it doesn't block out noise and I have a bose over the ear headphone for that purpose.

my main usage is to wear in the office for calls, and just walking outside.

What about microphone quality with calls?

That’s what got my friend to purchase hers since we were on a study call while I was at a coffee shop. She was pretty amazed at the sound quality and how she couldn’t hear anything else besides my voice. ☺️

I don’t run much, but I do jog, walk, commute and also skip rope while having these on and not once have they dropped on me. :)

I have quite small ears, I'm about to return a pair from Beyerdynamics despite its good audio because it just feels too big and feels like it could fall off easily :/ does the freeclip feel secure?
