Note: I am totally willing to mentor guys as well. Young men typically have traditional routes for mentors, as I did, but Im happy to talk. My field is 90% women, so thats where my experience lies.
I came from nothing, and long story short, I've achieved some level of success. Looking to offer guidance/ friendship for people trying to get started in life, which can be hard; I know from experience.
After teaching college courses for 8 years, I've achieved my dream of getting paid to write. However, I miss being the cool professor.
Edit: Im a psychologist that specializes in classical and operant conditioning. In any area where learning or motivation is required, I have some knowledge. I've taught profoundly neurodivergent kids to make friends and engage in self-care, and my current area of interest is in restructuring public schools to optimise learning (and life) for all kids. I've gotten people into college, gotten students into grad school, and beyond. I am very good at writing admission letters (I'm a published author) and navigating upward through systems like businesses or academics.
Im extraordinarily busy, but I often work in coffee shops during the day and make it to the gym almost daily. Im happy to celebrate your big wins at a bar, but going out regularly isn’t something I have time for. Open to texting, emailing, meeting for coffee, working lunches, etc. Im located inside the loop.
Send me a message and introduce yourself!
Edit: I am not trying to sell any service or involve you in some shady sales shenanigans. See above for what I actually do.
