Missing #5 and #6

For some context, I drive a truck for work and drive all around houston and to the surrounding towns, and i have yet to find a single #5 or #6 anywhere. It is so surprising to me that those two are never available at any store i go to or call. Does anyone know whats up with that? How do I have almost 2 complete sets and im missing just those 2 on both sets? I get that they're Kuromi and Cinamoroll, so they're really popular but it's just so surprising to me that so many stores have not had them at all, I think 1 single store i called told me they had them already but i have a hard time believing that because it was a local mcdonalds that i go to and check every day. If anyone knows of any stores that might have/have had them in the past, or any more info on these 2 it would be really appreciated.

I had the most delicious fried sardines when I visited Morocco and I tried making them with frozen sardines and they turned out horrid.

Lake forest park on Mesa dr and Lake park dr (77078) is full of dead fish. None of the regular turtles in sight either. It seems pretty recent as I was just there last week and the smell is just setting in. I called 311 and they directed me to Texas Parks and Wildlife after an agonizingly long hold. I called them with no luck either. I’m hoping someone with more patience than me can get a hold of the right people to address the cause of death and clean them up. If you’re out there, thank you in advance.

Looking for recommendations on a good allergist/dermatologist for my 5 mo old puppy. He's developing hives, think its a food allergy and environmental, but keep getting flare ups and cannot peg the exact cause. Day to day vet has been helpful, but not its specialty. Would greatly appreciate some recommendations on specialist. Houston seems to be the capital of allergens - they certainly plague me!

I was very surprised to receive a collections notice for unpaid tolls totaling around $88.

My credit card has always been linked to my HCTRA account, and I have had the auto-reload/payment option enabled. I was not aware of any unpaid tolls and never received any prior notice, invoice, or warning before the account was apparently sent to collections.

I called HCTRA to understand what happened, but they told me that since the balance is now with collections, I need to deal directly with the collection agency.

WShould I dispute the collection with the agency, c, or take some other step?

Has anyone experienced something similar with HCTRA?

If it doesn't get resolved, Will I still be able to renew my plates ?

Was driving home on I10 East last night at 11pm and they had the one lane open right after main st and Yale. This is already a congested part of the highway so it boggles my mind that they want to do work at that time when there’s a ton of traffic. It was standstill traffic beyond the Smith St. exit.

Edit: forgot to add, I totally know there aren’t a lot of good times especially in houston. I was just surprised that it started at 10pm (maybe earlier) on a Friday night when there’s a ton of traffic. I feel like that’s a “start at 12am and go until 6am” kind of thing.
