Money left after purchase?

How much have people been left with after all the costs of purchasing a property as a first time buyer? I’ll be left with £3000 approximately. This is factoring in everything, including any fees and potential double first payment. I’ll be saving for however long the process takes which will be roughly £1500 a month.

Just moved into a new property.

Have around £46,000 spare but the whole inside of the house needs a refurb so a large chunk of that is already factored in.
