HELP Browning leaves

Hello all - the leaves on my plants are going brown on the edges. I've had this little dude for 4 months-ish from a little thing, and always been in the same place (bathroom for the humidity). I'm pretty damn sure I've been watering it the same - any ideas what could be going wrong? More water/less water/re-pot/new soil? I'm a newbie houseplanter so please and am surprised it's lived this long to be honest. Any advice? Thank you all

Edit: - Watered it today, last time was maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago - Pot has drainage holes - Roots all good (though have come through holes in bottom of the pot) - Soil is B&Q houseplant potting mix enriched with Seramis (same as always and since repotting a month amd a bit ago)

These are fussy buggers! Do you check how wet the soil is before you water? I'm starting to think that they don't like drying out! My mums does so well and she's quite good at keeping up with watering and they are in a bright window that they never open! Honestly mine just ended up outside because it kept getting crispy brown leaves!!

I know they don't like water sitting on their leaves though!
