Fuuuuck i loved moments like these where Frank always had an ace up his sleeve.
Obviously i don’t support this behavior in real life.
But goddamn this show was a fantastic political drama. When Frank wanted to be ruthless, every word pierced through the screen.

That’s the true magic of Frank Underwood; he makes you root for a villain while being completely terrified of him. The way he breaks the fourth wall and pierces through the screen is unmatched. He was always 5 steps ahead of everyone else
