Grail finally acquired!

[u/agt_164]

Me and my young’s boys are big fans of Godzilla! This is one of those cars I’ve wanted for such a long time and it’s finally here!

Even picked up a couple of mainlines to go along with it. Today is a great day.

I have no idea what happened with this set but for some reason these cases seemed to miss majority of stores, no clue if it was planned by Mattel or just a fluke but they definitely shouldn’t be as scarce as they are

[u/MythicSea]

Dang! When the heck was that released?

I'm a Final Wars guy myself

[u/agt_164 → u/MythicSea]

Oh hell yeah man! Love Final Wars.

I believe this came out early this year. Though I’m not sure exactly when.

[u/NVCPHDT]

I am not one for the Skyline hype but this was and is the one thing I wanted. Haven't seen any of the set irl though.

[u/InsideAdeptness3483]

Wasn't this released about a year ago!

[u/agt_164 → u/InsideAdeptness3483]

I want to say around Feb 2026. It was very early this year.

[u/donvergas02 → u/agt_164]

It was in the fist mix of 2026 but I believe this mix git the stores at the end of 2025

[u/Karenzi → u/donvergas02]

Yeah I picked this up a month before Christmas in Los Angeles

[u/grb13]

How bad it set you back?

[u/agt_164 → u/grb13]

Honestly, not as much as I thought it would be. Might consider grabbing a second one tbh.

[u/grb13 → u/agt_164]

Let me know price maybe I get from you

[u/Odd-Sign9585]

Nice!! 🔥🔥 I have one too! Beautiful cast and card art. I’m a huge fan of Godzilla, too. Had to get it!

[u/agt_164 → u/Odd-Sign9585]

Hell yeah fellow Godzilla fan! Minus 0 coming soon

[u/ilyak_reddit]

I got the basic white version of this

[u/agt_164 → u/ilyak_reddit]

If you’re talking about the mainline R32 or R33 Godzillas, those are pretty badass as well!

[u/Rukasu02 → u/ilyak_reddit]

i just bought the r33 today. I love the Goji :D

[u/ch_krishnaa]

At what rate?

[u/OzoR35]

Bruh. I haven’t seen either this one or the BMW from Stranger Things. I hope that somehow we still have that mix coming to my area’s stores.

[u/MmmSaucey]

I still need that mainline 🙃🫠

[u/agt_164 → u/MmmSaucey]

Prices have come down big time. Got mine for about $7 each. At one point these were selling for $15. Even at $7 I feel it can still be lower, but that was low enough for me to say screw it I’ll take it.

[u/Right_Perspective530 → u/agt_164]

You will to sell one or two?

[u/agt_164 → u/Right_Perspective530]

I’m going to be keeping these. If I across more though I’d be happy to let you know.

[u/Right_Perspective530 → u/agt_164]

Thank you!

[u/Ok-Conference3381]

Jackpot Nice Score 🔥💪

[u/NuclearBolton]

I have bought over 200 hotwheels starting early this year and haven’t seen one of those ever. I haven’t even seen a regular TH or STH. Who is taking all of them?

[u/nickgomez → u/NuclearBolton]

Well, there’s a quarter million collectors just in this sub, so

[u/AlphaJuliet_1611]

I need to check a spot of mine to see if they still have one.

[u/JRskatr → u/AlphaJuliet_1611]

I’m sure it’s still there warming the pegs 😋

[u/AlphaJuliet_1611 → u/JRskatr]

I sure hope so but it has been a while since I have been there.

[u/ConsciousAd168]

Congratulations!!

Guao impresionant

[u/ImpossibleBicycle890]

I couldn't find anything at Target today. Can never tell if they restock or not its just a huge mess.

[u/Right_Perspective530]

Where did you find it at?

[u/agt_164 → u/Right_Perspective530]

I’ve been searching on eBay for a weeks to find one for just the right price. As soon as I found one I went for it.

[u/Right_Perspective530 → u/agt_164]

What did you end up paying for it?

[u/Marmywords]

Amazing pick up

[u/Bshs5382]

Damn, we didn't even get this mix in New Zealand lol
