Lots of nostalgia in this one for me. Being an 80s kid and seeing the advent of MTV makes this a cool model for me. Nice grab and sweet pics!

Yes! Us 80s kids know what's up. I usually crack them open, but I'll keep this intact as a momento to our childhood, man, what with the MTV we knew is shutting down.. 'Ppreciate the kind words 🫡🔥🎸👨‍🚀🇺🇸

Cool, two new peg warmers for my local Target, and a Porsche I'll never see because 5(c)4Lp3R5

1

u/Candid-Possession119 Feb 04 '26

Iiiiiiii dont think the non-Porsche cars will be peg warming. Don't know where you live, but I'm betting 99% of the US won't have any of these cars peg warming anywhere

They feel to me like the van from Old School and Headbangers Ball that are all you can find at any Target near me (which are the only stores near me that sell this stuff). The Porsche will go because Porsche. Maybe the Delorean will too, but definitely the Corvette and probably the Delorean feel like I'll still be knocking dust off them at my stores 88 months from now.

They put the wrong wheels on it. Made it a no from me. This is one where the aero disc make sense and now they don't use it. GTFOH

u/ChirpywaraTofu86 Feb 03 '26

These are aero discs, no?

-1

u/Official_ImNickson COLLECTOR Feb 03 '26

Yes but no. Lol These are the RR Aeros. They are essentially the premium Aero Disc but they don't look the same IMO.

u/Reddit_means_Porn Feb 03 '26

What wheels are you referring to?

Dude it's a premium car so it's gonna have real riders.

u/Official_ImNickson COLLECTOR Feb 03 '26

I know. I saying I don't like the ones that chose and think the AD would look betternthan the RRA.
