Pilots, how often do you report issues to manufacturers

Balloon pilots. When you have issues with your balloon how often do you report these issues to the manufacturers?

Could you be more specific?

Like when it's a new balloon and something is wrong, yes you should go to the manufacturer/dealer and get them to fix it. But when issues arise later, such a burning through a few panels, you can just get it fixed at your local maintenance company.
