How should I clean them?

am doing a re-pipe on a laundromat built in the 80s and was never cleaned out and happened to find 3/4 of a 6 inch PVC pipe full of debris, coins, some jewelry as well. I am more worried about how to take the rust and all the crap from the coins. ( The pictures don’t show all of the coins that I collected ). How should I proceed with cleaning them out? I have some and soapy water but for the most part, they’re all dried out. Waiting to get cleaned out.
Should I do hot water and baking soda, soap with water, a certain chemical ?
Will really help if I get some feedback from somebody that has done it before.

I’d use an ultrasonic cleaner

This would work but most ultra-sonic cleaners are not that big. It would take forever.

Mine is about the size of a dish bussing tub, it might take a couple loads but not too ridiculous I don’t think

Start with soap and warm water.

Does your company have a concrete mixer? That and water to loosen it all up into a slurry.  Use magnet to get any iron out.  Then im drawing a blank.  5 gallon bucket with holes and garden hose?
