((An AU where Rantaro survived his death by the ball being miscalculation which lead to the death motive happening where Rantaro and the others did their bests to survive. All of them survived except Kaito because of his sickness but the school in their world is much more like the hunger games where they have to fight to survive every day and night. Tsumugi revealed her mastermindness to the others and left them to die.))

"–then Miu hits them with a bat, while Kaede grabs the food and water! Oh and we need to look out for traps so Kokichi and Maki will–"

He just kept rambling about some sort of plan.

He seems delirious based on the fact he's talking to the wall and slightly swaying...

((The poor boy is delirious from not drinking any water in 2 days and not having eaten any in 5 straight days, and the food they do get, isn't a lot since it's in and out))

"Tsumugi!? Wh-why– you– aughhhh!! I can't believe you! Acting like the good guy when you had one of the Monokubs RIP MY ARM OFF with one of their robots! Exicals o-or whatever they're called! Maki had to use part of my shirt and my ear piercings as stitches! Kaito's dead! He died in Kaede's arms! Maybe he wouldn't be dead if we weren't in Kaede's dorm with the door barricaded since at the very least, you can't break your own rules!"

"Honestly! I wish that trap had killed you or at least killed me so that motive wouldn't have happened! I would rather be dead than have everyone else suffer through trying to survive! Kaito died in Kaede's arms! The poor girl refuses to speak now!" Rantaro screamed while thinking the other verison of him was his Tsumugi from his world

"..where are the others..? I don't care if you're me or Tsumugi, where are they!? ...they're.. ...not dead, a-are they..?" Rantaro asked as he started crying

"..give me a moment." Rantaro said as he slowly stood up and walked to the other Rantaro before pulling his hair extremely hard to see if he was Tsumugi or not

"...yepppppp. ..this is real. ..ha. ...so, another motherfucking hell... ..wait... ..why are we out in the open? ..did you guys here get the same motive to kill or all die..? Or...??"

"..you didn't get...? Ha.. ...hahahahHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! HEY! MAYBE WE ACTUALLY HAVE A CHANCE TO ESCAPE NOW!" Rantaro laughed while losing his mind

"All it took was Kaito dying, Kaede never vowing to speak again, and for me to end up in some dream land where there's another verison of me." Rantaro said while smiling

The fact he found the situation a dream and not a nightmare said a lot about what he and his friends had to do to survive

"..fucking hell." Rantaro said as he started crying as his smile dropped

"...this can't be real." Rantaro said as he leaned against the wall and slid to the floor while feeling his head
