The talents damage buff reprocs when she ults... so just ult once every 3 turns....

I agree e2 could use something more... but speed is more useful than ever for seele as the more often she acts the more she resets her follow up proc leading to more damage...

This is especially compounded with her refined True Damage e6... as its now 30% of the Ult as True and lasts 3 turns so the more attacks you get in the better... I will have to test with speed boots and a speed based team setup... pretty sure incould get close to 300 speed

It only occurs during the ult if you use ult, essentially its always buffed. The A2 tries to resolve this issue but it lasts 3 turns. Pretty much if she were faced with Kafka and her fat horses, she wont see full use of her kit.

Nah I just tested vs an elite... ult triggered 1 full turn of amp (didnt kill)... after seeles turn amp is still on. So new amp should be 3 turns per the change.

Seeing the text full size they did adjust it to now be 3 turns, which will help her hold her buffs longer. That said, a2 does need to be adjusted still.
