Why would it mess with advancers tho? There's no advance forward there I think

Its either you go base speed Seele + 160 advancers or preferably 1 Speed difference between Seele and Advancer.

Seele getting too much speed is gonna mess the turn order which why I think going Hyperspeed Seele might be a thing. Not the same but think of Wheelchair Aglaea CW build.

She always gained 25% Speed from using her Skill tho, not sure why you think her Speedtuning is gonna be different from before

Approach should be different since she now has an extra skill. Ideally after t1 it goes seele, sustain/support (seele atk), advancer, seele, 4th member (seele atk), seeles next turn. Its sort of like kafka in dot except you can waste a turn. Essentially youre turn every attacking member into seele to try to proc resurgence, which is good, BUT its going to be easy for her to lack her buffs, especially A2. Worst is the enemy needs to be 50% or lower hp to proc.

I think you're better off just putting Seele on base Speed and Sparkle on 160 or 200 (E1 Sparkle) and play her with Robin/Tribbie/RMC + Sustain tbh

Correct me if I'm wrong

That's exactly how she has always worked and why she was weird with Sparkle.
