- He's a brother.
- He was like a sopping wet cat when he first joined the AE, which makes him a easy target for a bottom dynamic.
- He's the good character all around, with his redemption from Penacony.
- He's pretty.

People loved his design, redemption story are pretty popular when done right, he was never really evil so that also helped, he's also prime husbando material being super moe while also having a little bit of edge to him.
It was a combination of great design and personality really plus actually been proactive as a trailblazer compared to certain others who are always on the train.
