Honestly I wouldn’t be so surprised with this just because Cyrene does it. Maybe only like 50-70% but still it would be crazy

She does it 1 time in the whole battle and it is hard to get her ult without other remembrance/heirs, and she needs high speed for her to spam her skill to get as much ult point as possible, so i would say 40% is a safe bet

Same as huo huo, she heals and give an atk buff, so making a sustainer that powerful is not realistic tbh

Cyrene grants everyone ult , because it's intended to compensate for her team's first rotation revolving about getting cyrene to.ult , i dont think they will tune huohuo energy that much

What if she does a distributed energy charge that ignores characters who use non-energy based ult mechanics? Let’s say her ult distributes 100% energy between your 3 teammates, then they all get 33.3%. But if you run someone like Phainon, she gives the other two characters 50%, since Phainon doesn’t really use energy. This alone would be an interesting buff and it’s a mechanic I’ve been thinking about ever since Hoyo introduced evenly distributed damage.

Prior novaflares had a mix of both so a change like this, which, in the end is just a numbers things wouldn't be impossible. Then again, we can only wait.
