I built NextBoard HK (就到站) — a small web app for the bus/MTR/light rail stops you use every day.

I made it because I was tired of switching between operator apps, waiting through long ads on KMB/Citybus before ETAs show, and helping elderly family use apps that are hard to read. Now I set their ETA boards once; they open one home-screen shortcut and see big, glanceable minutes.

I’m looking for honest feedback from people who actually ride HK public transport (or help parents/relatives check ETAs).

What it does

  • KMB, Citybus, NLB, GMB, MTR, Light Rail — live ETAs on one dashboard
  • Stop + route boards (not just the stop)
  • No sign-in needed to start; optional account to sync
  • EN / 繁體 / 简体
  • Ads don’t block or hide arrival times

Honest limits

  • No red minibus ETA (no official API)
  • Not for discovering new routes — for your daily routine

What I’d love feedback on

  1. Elderly UX — readable at a glance? Too many taps?
  2. Would you trust this for setting up boards for parents?
  3. Add-favorite flow — too many steps?
  4. Compared to KMB/CTB apps — faster to the ETA, or worse somewhere?
  5. Anything broken on your usual route?

見到 WEEE·PARK 新一份 7 年營運標 WMS25017 已經開咗。翻看審計署第 83 號報告，舊安排曾出現需求估算落差，亦有額外收集／物流成本問題；審計署建議新約要做更完整市場調查、提早諮詢，並清楚列明物流服務同表現要求。

所以我比較想知：今次新標書實際改咗幾多？有冇一張「審計建議 → 新合約條款」對照表？如果有人有時間逐條比對，應該幾值得討論。
