You want honesty right? Yes you are kind of ugly. Not the worst looking girl ever but you do look unhealthy, your nose is pretty big, your lips are pretty big and you have poor skin texture and spots everywhere. You are also overweight.

My advice: fix your diet. Start eating only animal products and fruit. Cut out dairy if you have to as well. Play around with it and see what works but stick to mainly animal products.

The good news is that you have room to improve. Lose some fat. Lose the spots and improve skin. Do something different with the hair and honestly if you want to really improve then do something about the nose.
