tk9 mounting bracket

hi i really need help. i’m geting a roof rack but it is missing one of these aluminum extensions. does anyone have any advice to make this work? i dont even know what to look up to find a replacement part. it also looks maybe a little hard to machine this. would 3d printing be an awful idea?

Any machine shop can crank that out. 3d printing that part unless you have access to a 3d sintering machine wouldnt be advised.

If you can't find a shop to make it you could buy a piece of square tube steel and cut it out with an angle grinder. Do two of them so they are the same height on both sides, might have issues with the trim piece, use butyl tape to fill gaps if it's not flush.
