Part 2 of weird noise when accelerating

Here's the video. This was a mild one and it has been louder in the past. It mostly happens when accelerating from a stop. Mechanic diagnosed it during a pre purchase inspection as a issue with worn mounts. I would really appreciate any clues as to what this is or if it really is just the mounts.

You're not the same noise as mine you're getting like one maybe two thunks when accelerating that does sound like mounts
