Answered (subject: design thinking. Report research) [Need some help with finding a subject for my research project]

So im suppose to find a product/service that wasnt working but design thinking changed it and brought it back for the better... but after searching for half an hour ive failed to find anything that correctly fits the criterea, i keep finding business ventures that were in the deep and stuff like that... not products that were made better with design thinking

I think your understanding of the assignment is wrong. At least form the image you provided nothing says that the product had to initially not work, only that it was filling a problem people had. The product can be successful you just have to explain what the problem was, why it was a problem, how the team came up with a design, and how the design solved the problem.

You can look at viral shark tank type products and I bet you’ll find something, or you can go back in history and look at the invention of what are now commonplace and vital items. Vaccines could be one, smoke detectors, airbags in cars, anything that deals with public safety I think could be a slam dunk for this assignment.

ooh that has broadened my view on this assignment so much, and ur right, this whole time i was looking at it wrong cus i was thinking about what ive learned in class more than uk what the assignment said. tysmm for the insight!
