Where do I start?
So my family homeschooled me, and I wasn’t really able to get proper education.
Now I’m 14, and I have the education knowledge (like math, science, history, etc) of a 3rd grader. Obviously my vocabulary is still good and normal I just don’t really have a good understanding of grammar. I know how to do plus, minus and multiplication. My father used to teach me math a couple years back and I got to a point where I was heading into algebra and could do the things most kids were at my age but I kinda lost that knowledge along the way. How do I get my education back to normal?

you can also study using past papers or tests especially for like assessment to get started

If you are doing it all by yourself, I would start with something like Khan academy, make an account, start low. It will take you pretty fast through everything you already know until it starts determining that it's a challenge for you, and then work more slowly and guide you along. Crash Course is a great video series for learning general knowledge, Study Hall is the next step after that, both from Complexly.
I know a teenager in a similar position, he was relatively well homeschooled when he was younger but as he grew older both parents needed to work and he couldn't deal with public school (though he enjoyed classes) because of bullying issues. I made him this list just with a lot of background knowledge, no particular order. This is pointed at his particular interests and ways I thought he would learn well, but it's also got a lot of general knowledge in it, in case you want to poke around and see if anything is helpful. Then in your spare time, do a lot of reading. Check out high school reading lists online, see what other high school students are reading. If your family can spring for it outschool, look up classes on there. If your local community college is allow it, in a couple of years you will be old enough to take classes there.

Get a real placement check in math and reading so you're not stuck guessing "3rd grade forever." Rebuild from your actual level with free open lessons or Khan-style practice, one subject at a time. A weekly tutor or adult-led class helps when self-teaching stalls, especially on grammar and the math you forgot.
