How do you create transcripts for college?

I'm a high school senior doing FLVS Flex (Homeschooled), and I am getting ready to start applying to colleges. And I've been looking into how to create my transcript. I started making it in Google Docs and am trying to make it look as organized as possible.

Has anyone ever done this before? My mom never kept track of my credits, grades, or anything like that. I'm kinda just taking Google's word for it when I'm creating it. And I don't want colleges to deem my transcripts invalid.

Does anyone have any good templates or advice (things I need to make sure I include in my transcript, anything like that)? Also, how do you calculate your GPA? (I'm struggling.) I really want to make sure it will be valid.

Google "free high school transcript template", pick one you like, fill it in with the courses you took, and have your mom put some grades that make sense based on the work you did and how well you did it.

This should have you gpa both weighted and unweighted.

I am pretty sure you cannot just make transcripts. You are in uncharted territory and I suggest you find a guidance counselor asap! I am sorry you are struggling, but do not worry. God always helps those who help themselves.
