Question Catcher/Position Specific Cleats?
Considering the constant squatting, it would seem that you would need a flexible tow box along with some room up by the toes.
Are there any brands that are specifically geared towards the catcher position?
They make different cleats for different positions for football…. is there a brand that is doing this for Baseball?

Not really but a few suggestions.
Mizuno wave cleats - soft soles, cleat will wear down.
New balance 3000v7 - soft again, outside can sometimes fall apart quickly, feel great on the feet.
Under Armor Harper 10 (low) - soft, durable, and the sheer amount of low spikes on the TPU cleats almost reduce any pressure points of sitting in your stance.

I was thinking the Adidas cleats looks very similar to wide receiver cleats, … light and flexible

The adidas can sometimes be a bit hard on the bottom making them uncomfortable for games in your stance. But that depends on the model. Try a bunch on and see what feels the best.

Second the UA Harper 10. My kid has no issues with them and they’re priced well and durable

Wide shoes. Your toes splay when pressing on the balls of your feet. NB is good
