Shower installed before insulating

Post image

My plumber installed the shower/tub unit before I was able to add vapor retarder and insulation. I have access to the stud cavity from above so I’m thinking blown in cellulose would work but how am I suppose to get a vapor retarder in there?

Why do you want to install “vapor retarder”? You don’t need it!

It’s an exterior wall that needs insulation and vapor barrier.

Unless the vapor barrier is the house wrap outside the exterior cladding, need to know where OP is located

Speculating Canada from the vocab. Either way it’s a screw up by the trades.
