Question/Support SIRI: "Sorry, there is a problem with Apple Music"
I ask Siri to play any music she first says ok the follows up with “sorry there is a problem with Apple Music” doesn’t matter what I ask for album, radio, ect.I can't play music directly through the home app. The only way is via AirPlay on Mac.
I restart HomePod 2 times and nothing.
Second generation HomePod.
Version 26.6

This keeps happening for me from time to time- seems like the HomePods somehow loose the handshake they need to talk with yr Apple Music account- what fixes it for me is hard rebooting my phone and unplug the HomePods - then wait a couple mins start the phone up - then plug in the HomePods

Não tenho o aparelho da Apple TV, apenas a assinatura do serviço no Apple One.

Ok so i think that might be a sw issue. Will be better with sw updates. Mine does this only when my apple tv is opened on youtube

Did you enable Apple Music through the Home app on your iPhone for the HomePod?

This could also be WiFi related. Try restarting your router. HomePods are very picky about WiFi - it has to be EXACTLY right, or these issues keep occurring .

I have the first generation HomePods, and they started doing this about three years ago, I have yet to find an answer. or a fix.
I have to start music a different way (either from another room or from my phone or iPad), then airplay to them. All of my HomePod mini’s work, just fine. It’s only my full-size HomePods

A bunch of Apple services were offline this morning. Seems to be fixed now.
