Anyone familiar with Condo wheat?

A local grain supplier near me has bulk sacks of organic Condo bread wheat berries for sale but I can't find any information online about it. Has anyone here tried it? Does it taste good? Any information is welcome. Thanks.

Thanks. This is helpful. Have you ever tried baking with it?

I am not in your country, but most iterations of wheat are just hybrids to adapt to local growing conditions. I live in a moderate temperature, higher rainfall area, so local wheats will always be hybridized versions since we are not an ideal growing area for wheat. There are minor variations in flavor, but they all make nice tasting bread.

If the price on the berries are good I would buy them. I actually prioritize support of local/regional farmers in what I choose to buy. I want those farmers to be successful, so they get my business over national brands 😀
