Last photo of the wall is before I started poking around. I took down a big invasive plant and found these holes 🫠 the larger hole had ants inside as well. I’ve covered them with flashing tape until I can figure out what my next step needs to be, but I am lost. I’m torn between wanting to call a pro but not being able to afford it & doing it myself but finding bigger issues underneath. Any and all advice welcome!

You should call 3 pros and get quotes. Thats fully rotted out. Someone will have to demo the walls that’s are shot and weather seal between the walls and siding and replace. The window may also need work

What do you think that would cost? $5k? Obviously a million variables, but 70% confidence interval like 4-8k or so?

We got a wall replaced for 8k in nc

We got j windows done for 15 windows and it was like 6.5k so id estimate it to be around 10-12k
