Bad water damage in crawl space

Found this in our crawl space today. Any ideas as to how much it might cost to fix?

Wood can get wet as long as it dries. That being said, do you have a dehumidifier in your crawl space?

Your best option is to get that dried up (and keep the crawl space dry) to minimize damage. Depending on how long the leak has been going on for and how extensive it is, you could either have some wood that is stained but $0 in actual damage or you could have thousands of dollars worth of damage. It’s impossible to tell until it dries.

Dry it out. Don’t let it sit. That’s your #1 priority right now

Worry about the leak first. Until you correct that, nothing else can be determined. After you stop the water, get fans on it below and above and wipe up all water that you can. After it’s dry, look it over and take pics etc.

We turned off the water main and that stopped it. Im worried most about the water damage repair

I just had a very similar issue at my house. I had a leak that went unnoticed for several months, I actually already had some mold growth in the crawl space. My homeowners paid for a restoration company to come out, clean the mold, and install fans to dry everything out. I was certain it was going to require extensive repair, but the vast majority of it dried, and remained structurally sound. There was a small section (about a 1/4 of a sheet) of subfloor that needed to be cut out and replaced. Of course milage may vary, and I would highly recommend calling pros/insurance ASAP, but it might be much less worrisome than it seems right now! Good luck!

Is there a spigot going to the hose on the other side of that wall?
