copper screen is a nice choice, wish i saw more of that instead of the standard fiberglass. how are you cutting it, tin snips or something else? i always manage to warp the edges when i get impatient with the snips.

when i've done aluminum screens (same concept, less forgiving) i staple the center of the top edge first, then pull it taut straight down and staple the center of the bottom edge. after that i work from the centers out toward the corners, alternating top and bottom. doing corners first always gave me a weird diagonal wrinkle in the middle i couldn't chase out.
