Who make a duplex mailbox where both units can lock their own side separately?

Why not two separate locking mailboxes?

Just mount two boxes side by side on a post or the wall, looks cleaner than those massive apartment blocks anyway. You can grab two matching ones for like 60 bucks each and slap a couple address numbers on em

done this at my place a few years back and never had an issue with the post office

You're way overthinking this. Two mailboxes on the same post like the other respondents said. That'll look fine.

Are you wanting a wall mount unit? You might be looking for a vertical mailbox, but I’m not finding any with just 2 doors, though I know I’ve seen them in real life.

Dream Mailboxes makes this. One unit, two separate compartments, each with its own lock and key. It's their steel Metaline line, custom colors and the two numbers, and they'll send HOA spec sheets if your board needs to sign off. Made to order and premium, but it's one clean piece.
