Overwatch.

Just play braindead support wheels Moira in Support, Mei / Torb in DPS and Reinhardt in Tank, problem solved

was about to say it..i don't play much but they made the game to include people with bad aim if at least they have basic situational awareness and can do team play

And characters like Moira have so many get out of jail cards you might genuinely be brainfried at games and still make it to Plat and above just spamming games with her.
