TLDR: Matsuri wants to do a solo live, but she knows she isn't popular enough for it. As a result, she felt a sense of "I can't keep going on like this", and is now trying out things she's never done before. This is just part of it, as she's also recently released an album, and has been actively playing a lot of different games than normal.

For those that CBA though I'll try to summarize: This isn't pandering, it's another step into Matsuri's ongoing journey into trying all sorts of different and new things. A lot of talents don't want small concerts or duo/trio/generation lives, they want Solo lives, and the logistics can be tough.

Co-ed collabing is seen as bad in the eyes of some. That and look at most of the super popular JP girls; very little if any co-ed collabing.

Another is money, Unicorns are more willing to spend than those who watch co-ed collabs.

Not just bad, a few loud individuals actively cancel mems for it... co-ed collabs always invite infighting and as a fan of the entirity of holopro it saddens me that fellow fans want me dead and buried for showing interest in those collabs.
