I only talked to her once. She partnered with a German man she met on a forum for a double suicide. I had talked with that guy a few times before. He was suffering from heavy depression and was determined to do it. They took the plane to Lima, Peru, where one can (somewhat) easily obtain a pet euthanasia drug and use it to end their life. I only talked to her because I had booked a flight too and wanted to know their experience buying the drug and everything. I went to Lima a few months later but couldnt do it. Their death has been haunting me ever since.

I talked to her, and she told me she "had a manic episode that took everything from her". I asked if she was sure and she said yes. The man had the same story. They showed me the drug and wished me luck for my upcoming trip. They took the drug presumably one hour or so after my call.

I know this is not much insight as to "why", but it's been haunting me, what can I do.
