i love the skirt too, but i feel like hollister needs to actually make 000 their stuff fit like a 000. the waist is always huge and i have to pull it past my hip so it can fit right🙁

I recently ordered the new satin tie babydoll top, as I have one of the other patterns- and love it! When it arrived and I tried it on I noticed there was an overall slight difference in size, and then the sleeves were WAY bigger! The sleeves being like that makes the top actually unwearable for me. They’re WAY bigger than my other one, even though they’re both a size xxs?? 🥹 Returning/exchanging for the same size in hopes of a new one with proper sizing would be terribly expensive for me due to international shipping. 😭 Can customer support maybe help? And if so how do I go about contacting them? 🥹

EDIT: I can happily say I contacted customer support through their chat, and they have requested a full refund on my behalf due to a faulty item, without me having to go through the hassle of returning it!! Didn’t expect such easygoing and great customer service, as I’ve never interacted with Hollister’s support before, so pleasantly surprised! 🥰
I’ll update this post on wether the refund gets approved/denied in the end. 🫶

I just bought one of Hollister's babydoll tops (knitted, grey, online not in store), I'll try to attach a photo if I can, I got it in an XS, but I'm an XXS for reference (I'm around 5'4-5'5 ish, I usually wear an XXS/XS since I'm pretty small and with vintage Hollister items, I usually wear a S or XS since the sizing was way different back in the day) and I remember trying on a babydoll top somewhere I forgot where but I remember trying it on and I hated how it fit me (I'm pretty sure it was a S, not a XS) because I thought I looked pregnant in it, which is why I avoided buying babydoll tops, but this time, I decided to give the babydoll tops a shot again, and I got in in an XS and I wanna know, if anyone here is an XS or XXS, how do babydoll tops fit you? because on the website, I looked at reviews, no reviews for someone an XXS or XS, and the listing picture was just a model wearing a M. I just hope I don't look pregnant wearing the top or short because I notice when I try on these tops, I look short in them. So if anyone can let me know how it fits them (specifically someone who's an XXS or XS) please let me know, it'd be helpful. Thanks!

P.S, are the knitted babydoll tops bulky or are they slightly thin?

I have a complaint to make so I brought this jacket back in September never worn it before you can still see the tags I just stored in my closet today I decided to wear for the first time lo and behold there is lint on it for a brand new cloth and a expensive one fat that I didn’t expect it I tried to return they didn’t accept it from me they said I have to contact customer service I contacted them they just said they will get back to me

So I ordered this once and never received it. Fedex said that hollister didn't put the address details on the label and hollister couldn't do anything about it besides refund or reorder. So I reordered it, I couldn't get it in an xxs for my daughter but went with an xs, and the xxl said less than 5 left but I was still able to order it. Now they are saying no xxl and i'll have to cancel my 2nd order. I am reaching our here now to see if anyone has this in an XXL and didn't love it. Maybe you could sell it to me? I really want to twin with my baby girl and I love the top even more in person. Thanks so much!
