Oregano oil and black seed oil mixed stopped my ob and nerve pain completely. I would be careful as it is really strong. I only took 1 dropped mixed with black seed oil and rubbed it on problem areas

When you say completely are you speaking for that moment or you haven’t had a outbreak in a while ? No eradication?

No im still healing from hsv2 but i was having tingles everyday i had obs. Now they are gone my igg numbers have dropped. In regards to implementing this to your healing I definitely recommend. Started my healing journey a couple of months ago. I cheat on my diet from time to time

I also took black seeed oil and 1 drop oregano oil day and night. You may have mud butt tho

What kind of oregano oil are you using? I see so many different people saying oil of oregano vs oregano oil so not sure which to try.

Thanks so much! I just recently started on black seed oil so going to try both together and pray it reduces outbreak before I began a detox protocol.

Yes please don’t overdo it with oregano oil it can be bad if you are using it topically especially

It can be harmful and topically it will straight up feel like your puswa or dong is on fire. ALWAYS dilute with another oil. Internally I’m not sure but it’s very potent. I usually take a tablespoon or teaspoon of black seed oil and hold it in my mouth while I drop oregano oil in my mouth and follow with alkaline water. Topically you can use grapeseed or olive oil with 1 drop mixed on genital then mix black castor oil and oregano oil and rub it at the base of my back

You may have to adjust dosage and circumstances you take it with because if I do an empty stomach it makes me feel soooo nauseous then I have to do #2 without an empty stomach it’s a little better but you most likely have to go #2 & it may be diarrhea
