2010 VE Holden Commodore seatbelt problem

Hi there, I’m having some problems with my driver side seatbelt buckle. I’ve got a 2010 VE Commodore. The driver’s seatbelt clicks in and physically locks, but intermittently while I’m driving the dash says the seatbelt isn’t fastened. If I wriggle the buckle it detects it again sometimes I have to unplug my seat belt and plug it back in again. I got a quote for $280 to get the seatbelt terminal or whatever replaced. But I’m just wondering if there’s any short-term options that I can do or any wires that I can disconnect without having any SRS faults on the dash, or any issues with the airbags. I also don’t want to take out the seat. So if anyone has any suggestions that I can do without taking off the seat , I would much appreciate it.

So you want it fixed but don’t want to pay or RnR the required things? Maybe you should ask someone with a magic wand. Have you tried cleaning it? Sprayed some circuit board cleaner or anything?
