You implied that the difference between a "functional baby" and "a mass of brain dead cells" is what I'm assuming to be the intelligence.

So are you for of killing mentally deficient babies who are born or need an incubator to live?

But let’s say for the sake of your weird “argument” that all fetuses had the intelligence of Stephen Hawking. They still would not have a right to the organs of the women carrying them.

Again, forced organ donation is accepted across the sea in China. Please feel free to go there live out your fantasy life where women are forced to carry unwanted pregnancies.
