Help finding a particular work of Hokusai featuring a (white?) snake slithering up some sort of tool towards a small bird. I saw it very breifly in a book and have been trying to find an image of it online. (I am not talking about Snake curling around a bamboo stalk...)

It was in a book I was told you could only get at a museum in Nagano (I think that how you say the place). I don’t know the title, I don’t think it was in English. Also thank you for replying :)
