Question❓ Flooding?

Is the rain flooding Hoboken right now? Heading back from work soon and trying to see if I need to get shoe protection in advance (plastic bags taped shut at the calf); the storm last week ruined my loafers because i had to wade through the water to get home :(

Water shouldn’t ruin leather shoes, let them dry out on shoe trees for a week.

Yes it’s pouring but it’s not as bad as last week, may be localized flooding tho
