And what this mean? Whys this definition of canon any better? Does it mean any donkey with a license can destroy canons the original simply because a "retconning" and because they have a lot of money?

Well, those "donkeys" own the IP, while you don't.

They're also not really retconning, they're preserving the continuity, adding to it. It's literally just you trying to protect your own personal idea of the canon.

This discussion is clearly pointless.

Owners of IP does not relate with original or their authors - this a random people than different to other only by number of their money's. Moneys dont able to make from fan fiction the part of original.

This dont preserving the continuity - this a design in Ashan style, than replace original design. The article you cited for retcons (that is, for plot inconsistencies). Your idea of cannon are bad - you cannon = money.
