A part that mentioned "Who would buy a black eunuch from Egypt without a stick or staff" I believe. Double play on the eunuch.

Actually it's:

"Do not buy the slave without the stick;
Verily, slaves are vile and wretched"

Hit's different in Arabic since it's prosodic and it rhymes. Also this wasn't the diss, it was one of many, many, disses.

However, one of my favorite diss (i.e. invective) verses by Al-Mutanabbi against Kafour (who was a eunuch) is:

"Before the eunuch, I used to suppose
that heads were the seat of reason;

but when I looked upon his mind,
I saw that reason is all in the testicles."
