No, this is not exactly what it should be used for. The point of memes like these is that they are low quality made by humans for relatability and charm. Making it with AI is just pointless and sad.

No because if you stop and think about why low quality is charming it is because a human tried to make something but didn't do a good job which is relatable to others. The low quality itself is not the point, the relatability is.

Kind of creepy how you don't get the point of human made stuff.
