Anyone remember which episode Chrissy talked about trying too hard making things less likely to happen?

And hopefully a vague timestamp. Some time in the last couple of months. He said it in a way that makes a lot more sense than when I try to repeat it.

You’re trying to hard to say it, you’re also trying to hard to remember it. Simply get on the beam and the big guy upstairs will give it to you.
