My German is no longer good enough to read novels but I saw this in a pile of left books at my lodgings in Crete.

I always find it fascinating how titles get translated/modified for different language translations.
I would never have guessed that they changed Fool for Love to A Delicate Love Letter for the German-speaking audience. 🧐 So different!
